1. Polyester filament and polyester staple fiber
Conventional PET is in the form of rice grains and has various varieties. Polyester is a fiber made of PET by spinning and post-treatment. 75% used in chemical fiber, according to the requirements of the textile industry, the manufacture of polyester staple fiber and polyester filament. The so-called polyester filament is a filament with a length of more than one kilometer, and the filament is wound into a ball. Polyester staple fiber is a few centimeters to ten centimeters of staple fiber.
2. Polyester slice polyester slice
PET is processed into 4*5*2mm flake particles, which can be divided into fiber grade polyester chips, bottle grade polyester chips and film grade polyester chips (mainly due to different process indexes). Fiber grade polyester chips can be divided into ultra-light (large light), light, semi-extinction and (full) extinction polyester chips according to the content of matting agent TI02. There are also cationic polyester chips.
3. Polyester Film
Polyester film is a film material made of conventional PET into thick sheets by extrusion and then stretched. The price of polyester film is relatively high, and the thickness is generally 0.012mm. It is commonly used as an outer material for cooking and packaging, and has good printability.
4. Polyester Raw Material
PTA and MEG are the main raw materials of polyester.
