Polyether polyol PPG:
Polyether polyol (polyether for short) is an organic polymer, which is prepared by addition polymerization reaction of starting agent (compound containing active hydrogen group) with ethylene oxide (EO), propylene oxide (PO), butylene oxide (BO), etc. in the presence of catalyst. Polyether polyols used in polyurethane common soft foam sponge are mainly 3 functional 3000 molecular weight and 3500 molecular weight polyether. There are also bio-based polyether polyols that use vegetable oil instead of propylene oxide as long-chain monomer.

polymer polyol POP:
polymer polyol, also known as vinyl polymer grafted polyether polyol, or POP for short, is generally white or light milky yellow in appearance. It is a polyol containing organic fillers and can replace inorganic fillers. It can not only make polyurethane foam have high load-bearing capacity and good rebound performance, but also improve the cell structure and physical and mechanical properties of the foam. In the production process of soft foam sponge, 13% with 3000 molecular weight polyether as substrate and polymer polyol with 45% solid content should be used. In addition, there are polymer polyols with solid content of 10%, 15% and 25%.
